I'm Heike Currie, an interdisciplinary arts educator and editorial specialist with a background that spans classrooms, cultural institutions, and newsrooms.  My work centers around helping people connect with ideas that move them — through carefully crafted programs, well-told stories, and culturally grounded arts experiences.

With degrees in Spanish, journalism, and arts education, I have spent more than a decade working across multiple sectors.  My impact primarily has come from shaping educational programs, editing publications, and producing meaningful, multicultural work.  Whether teaching music or Spanish, curating arts residencies, or refining a manuscript, I lead with clarity, care, and cultural fluency.
